Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration.
  • Experience as Warehouse Assistant (2 years), Warehouse Supervisor (3 years).
  • Basic English.
  • Distribution and Logistics (Intermediate).
  • Production Planning (Intermediate).
  • Supply Planning (Advanced).
  • Road Safety, regulatory compliance, and Risk Management (Intermediate).
  • Primary Transport Planning (Advanced).
  • Blue Yonder, TMS, or Transport Planning Software (OTM) and SAP Systems (Advanced).

Responsibilities

  • Create and communicate the daily transport plan, ensuring timely supply to dependent centers, continuity of supply in the network, and compliance with inventory policies, using technological tools (Blue Yonder, OTM, and SAP) and correct operational resource allocation, to ensure product availability, minimize stockout risks, optimize the utilization of installed capacity, and maintain operational efficiency and the established service level.
  • Coordinate the correct execution of the transport plan as scheduled, maintaining visibility, operational control, and traceability of each trip, through real-time monitoring, timely incident management, and ensuring the quality of information and documentary compliance, to guarantee operational continuity, compliance with service levels, timely attention to deviations, and decision-making based on reliable and timely information.
  • Perform correct financial administration of the transport operation, through the registration, control, validation, and reconciliation of executed services, ensuring accurate, timely payments aligned with contractual conditions, as well as validation of operational trip information for the correct generation of payments to operators (payroll), to ensure financial control and transparency of the operation, avoid deviations or payment differences, strengthen relationships with suppliers and operators, and guarantee operational continuity according to established guidelines.
  • Ensure the integrity of operators, units, cargo, and the overall operation, through strict compliance with current regulations, policies, and safety standards, to prevent incidents and accidents, mitigate operational and asset risks, ensure service continuity, and protect people, assets, and the organization's reputation.
  • Integrally manage operational personnel, ensuring availability, productivity, operational discipline, and regulatory compliance, aligned with transport plan requirements and established standards, through supervision, performance monitoring, incident administration, effective communication, and team development, in order to maintain operational stability, strengthen personnel performance, and ensure efficient achievement of service and safety objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with service agreements with transport providers through effective operational management, continuous performance monitoring, and timely attention to deviations, guaranteeing unit availability, punctuality in deliveries, compliance with safety standards, and efficient service continuity, to strengthen the reliability of the transport network, minimize operational disruptions, optimize service levels, and ensure sustainable relationships aligned with operational objectives.
