  • Completed and Verifiable Bachelor's Degree (Transportation Engineering)
  • Intermediate English
  • Experience as Warehouse Analyst (2 years)
  • Experience as Transportation Analyst (2 years)
  • Experience as Automotive Mechanical Workshop Supervisor (1 year)
  • Knowledge in Automotive Maintenance Management (Advanced)
  • Knowledge in Distribution and Logistics (Advanced)

Responsibilities

  • Define, Coordinate, and Evaluate the defined transport program, as well as manage transport requirements to register the planning and performance of the required transport resources, in order to obtain accurate and efficient processes.
  • Define the daily program to be executed by transporters (outsourcer) and those involved in this operation in plants and distribution centers that make up the logistics network.
  • Release the daily program to be executed to the transporter (outsourcer) and those involved in the logistics network operations to maintain operational control.
  • Evaluate the daily performance of compliance with the defined transport program to identify necessary improvements and/or modifications.
  • Coordinate adjustments to the program based on contingencies presented in the operation to meet operational needs.
  • Balance operations through optimal planning of required transport resources to refine efficient processes.
  • Execute and Elaborate the maintenance and adjustment of the optimization model parameters, as well as the necessary tools and processes for the operational process of the logistics network, and ensure its optimal programming and functioning.
  • Maintain and adjust the "optimization model parameters" (restrictions, weightings, penalties) of the logistics network within the tool (TP/VS) for decision-making.
  • Maintain and/or configure master data and specific profiles for the planning and optimization method within the TP/VS tool.
  • Evaluate the transport requirements (internal and external) of the logistics network to adapt to modifications.
  • Perform and evaluate daily runs of the detailed transport programming of the logistics network in the TP/VS module to identify process improvements.
