About The Position

Craig, Kelley & Faultless LLC is seeking a Plaintiff Litigation Paralegal (File Manager) to manage litigated cases from initial investigation through mediation and resolution. The role independently drives case progress with minimal attorney oversight, maintains deadlines, and supports client satisfaction and case outcomes. The paralegal serves as the primary client contact, coordinates litigation events, works with multiple attorneys, and handles medical records and expenses needed for case development.

Requirements

At least 2 years of plaintiff litigation file management experience.
Demonstrated ability to independently manage litigation files.
Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain professional, constructive dialogue with clients.
Proven ability to organize and manage multiple deadlines and tasks without automated systems.
Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook, and familiarity with Access for case tracking.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team of attorneys and adapt to diverse work styles and requirements.

Responsibilities

Oversee cases from initial investigation to resolution, maintaining momentum and meeting deadlines independently.
Serve as the primary client contact, keeping clients informed and professionally managing their expectations.
Coordinate depositions, mediations, and other key events; track important dates and prevent delays.
Collaborate with multiple attorneys, adapting to different working styles to support case progression.
Research, request, and manage medical records and expenses important to case development.
