About The Position
The Pizza Team Leader is an entry-level leadership role in Wegmans’ Pizza department. The role involves working in a dynamic retail environment and learning the company’s values, business measures, standards, and operations. The leader helps ensure knowledgeable and passionate team members educate customers and provide fresh pizza, calzones, and other restaurant-quality products. The position is suited to someone who enjoys fresh products and managing others.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of work experience or a college degree.
- Computer skills.
- Must be 18 years or older.
