About The Position
As a Pizza Team Member in Wegmans’ Pizza Department, you’ll work with a team to provide service and prepare pizzas, calzones, chicken wings, and other items customers enjoy. The pizzas are handcrafted with quality ingredients, and the role offers hands-on work in a fast-paced environment where you can showcase creativity. The position requires availability in the morning, afternoon, and evening, including weekends, with shifts starting as early as 6 a.m. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. This is a full-time role at the Wegmans location at 10100 Reisterstown Rd, Owings Mills, MD 21117, with a pay range of $16.50–$17 per hour.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Availability for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, including weekends; shifts may start as early as 6 a.m.
Responsibilities
- Take and prepare customer orders accurately and on time.
- Proactively assist customers and answer questions while balancing a variety of tasks.
- Grow and showcase product knowledge and stay up to date on new and featured items.
- Support, encourage, and respect coworkers while communicating effectively to help the department run smoothly.
- Prepare pizzas, calzones, chicken wings, and other items for customers.
