About The Position
The Pizza Team Leader is an entry-level leadership role in Wegmans’ Pizza department. The role involves working in a dynamic retail environment, leading and collaborating with team members, and learning the company’s values, business measures, standards, and operations. The Team Leader helps ensure knowledgeable and passionate team members educate customers and provide fresh pizza, calzones, and other restaurant-quality products.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of work experience or a college degree.
- Computer skills.
- Must be 18 years or older.
