Requirements

Must be 16 years of age or older.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
Must be able to make the correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Standing: Most tasks are performed from a standing position.
Walking: For short distances for short durations.
Lifting: Ability to lift bulk product deliveries, including cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
Carrying: Ability to carry large cans (3 lbs, 7 oz), pizza sauce (30 lbs), and trays of pizza dough (approx. 12 lbs per tray).
Pushing: Ability to push trays on dollies (requiring up to 7.5 pounds of force).
Stooping/Bending: Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station, front counter, and when stocking ingredients.
Reaching: Reaching is performed continuously; up, down, and forward.
Eye-hand coordination is essential. Use of hands is continuous during the day.
Shaping pizza dough requires frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists.
Ability to manipulate a pizza peel and rolling cutter.
Frequent and/or forceful pinching is required in the assembly of cardboard pizza boxes.
Ability to grasp cans, the phone, the pizza cutter, pizza peel, and pizza boxes.

Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.
Infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance.
Crouching/Squatting: Performed occasionally to stock shelves and to clean low areas.

Responsibilities

Prepare all product to Domino’s Pizza specifications, including pizzas, pasta, wings, desserts, sandwiches, and sides.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and work area, including lifting and rotating stock using FIFO and moving soda from storage to coolers.
Date all products.
Interact with customers by taking and receiving phone calls, and taking customer orders in person at the front counter or pickup windows.
Perform carside delivery, bringing customers their food in all weather conditions.
Perform daily cleaning and sanitation tasks, including sweeping and mopping, cleaning coolers (interior and exterior), taking out trash, and washing dishes.
