Requirements

Must be 16 years of age or older.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
Must be able to make the correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Standing: Most tasks are performed from a standing position.
Walking: For short distances for short durations.
Lifting: Bulk product deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds.
Carrying: Large cans (3 lbs, 7 oz), pizza sauce (30 lbs), and trays of pizza dough (approx. 12 lbs per tray).
Pushing: To move trays on dollies (requires up to 7.5 pounds of force).
Stooping/Bending: Forward bending at the waist at the pizza assembly station, front counter, and when stocking ingredients.
Reaching: Performed continuously; up, down, and forward.
Hand Tasks: Eye-hand coordination is essential. Use of hands is continuous. Shaping pizza dough requires frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists. Manipulate a pizza peel. Frequent and/or forceful pinching for box assembly. Grasp cans, phone, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and pizza boxes.

Nice To Haves

Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

Responsibilities

Prepare all product to Domino’s Pizza spec, including pizzas, pasta, wings, desserts, sandwiches, and sides.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler, including lifting and rotating stock using FIFO and moving soda from storage to coolers.
Date all product.
Interact with customers by taking and receiving phone calls, taking customer orders in person at the front counter or pickup windows, and providing carside delivery in all weather conditions.
Perform daily cleaning and sanitation tasks, including sweeping and mopping, cleaning coolers (interior and exterior), taking out trash, and washing dishes.
