About The Position

At GXO, the Forklift Operator helps provide supply chain solutions for customers by operating equipment and moving materials. The role supports warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, loading and unloading trailers, and handling products, equipment, and materials. The position is on a night shift, Monday through Friday, from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM.

Requirements

• Be trained and certified in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including overtime when needed.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of warehouse experience.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to push, pull, lift, stack, or move product, equipment, and materials.
• Use a handheld scanner accurately.
• Load and unload trailers as needed.
• Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean environment.
• Display a commitment to process excellence.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the Supply Chain quality policy.
• Perform inbound receiving processes.
