About The Position
The Manufacturing Associate ensures products are produced safely and efficiently and meet high-quality standards. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and works with a team to achieve production goals while following safety protocols. The position is part of the Operations department at Beckman Coulter Life Sciences in Indianapolis, Indiana, and is performed onsite. The role reports to the Production Supervisor. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Overtime and weekend work may be needed.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Comfort working with hand tools such as torque drivers and cordless drills.
- Ability and willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience demonstrating excellent oral and written communication skills, with a focus on timely reporting.
Responsibilities
- Build and assemble components for sub-assemblies and instruments, ensuring optimal performance and high quality.
- Follow work instructions and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements.
- Work with the team to achieve production goals.
