About The Position

The PIT Operator operates powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to move products, equipment, and materials and supports warehouse operations for GXO’s supply chain customers. The role includes using a handheld scanner, loading and unloading trailers, maintaining a clean work environment under the 7S program, supporting process excellence and supply chain quality, and performing inbound receiving processes. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with flexibility and overtime when needed. The work takes place in warehouse environments that may be hot or cold and requires frequent lifting and other physical activity.

Requirements

• Be trained and certified in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including overtime when needed.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of warehouse experience.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
