About The Position

Fastenal is hiring an entry-level, full-time Picking employee at its distribution center in Jessup, Pennsylvania. The role supports movement of products from the distribution center to company-owned branches. Employees pick requested quantities, pack orders, print routing labels, and move products to the next department by hand or using a pallet jack or forklift. The position may offer a flexible schedule after onboarding and training and upon meeting performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders and pack products efficiently and accurately.
• Use computer programs, RF scanners, and printers to label products.
• Use a scale to weigh products.
