About The Position

The company is a seafood processor and specialty food distributor seeking Picking and Packing Associates for its second-shift warehouse operations. Associates pick, pack, load, and prepare products for distribution while maintaining accuracy, product quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced, refrigerated warehouse. This role has immediate openings, and candidates are expected to be available to start as soon as possible.

The position pays $17.75 per hour. Scheduled hours are 12:00 PM–10:30 PM, Sunday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays. Workdays and hours may vary according to business needs. Candidates must complete a pre-employment drug test and background check in accordance with applicable laws.

Requirements

• Previous picking and packing experience is required.
• Loading experience is required.
• Experience working in a refrigerated warehouse is required.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in a cold, temperature-controlled environment.
• Must have a flexible schedule and be available according to business needs, including Sunday through Friday and occasional Saturdays between 12:00 PM and 10:30 PM.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test and background check, in accordance with applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment and distribution.
• Load and handle products, boxes, and warehouse materials.
• Ensure orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for delivery.
• Maintain product quality and follow warehouse safety procedures.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
