About The Position
At NetCost Market, the Picker manages online pick-ticket orders from customers and management. The role involves physically selecting inventory from shelves, ensuring orders are accurate, packing and staging orders for delivery, and loading orders onto trucks. The Picker also maintains inventory records, supports stock replenishment and dispatch, operates scanners and handling equipment, and follows health and safety requirements. The position may involve working in a chilled or refrigerated area.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Pull items from shelves according to specified number, size, color, quantity, and quality requirements.
- Ensure orders are accurate.
- Stage items correctly for delivery.
- Operate handling equipment and follow safety regulations.
- Plan and monitor product storage and dispatch.
- Oversee stock replenishment.
- Monitor stock control systems and process specific orders.
- Help ensure NetCost Market goals are met.
- Maintain high health and safety standards.
- Shrink-wrap products onto pallets.
- Load delivery vehicles.
- Pack orders as necessary.
- Operate scanners to pick the correct orders and manage inventory accurately.
- Perform other general duties as needed.
