About The Position

Mi Hub is an international supplier of corporate clothing and uniform solutions, trading through its Dimensions, Alexandra, Yaffy, and Affinity brands. The Picker role processes customer orders by identifying requested items, retrieving them from warehouse storage, and preparing them for shipment. The role also checks order accuracy and packaging quality, follows safety procedures, works with other warehouse staff to maintain efficient workflows, and communicates order issues or discrepancies to customer service or other teams.

Requirements

Attention to detail and accuracy in filling orders.
Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Organizational skills to locate and retrieve items efficiently.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management systems and other software.
Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve order issues.
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with other employees.
Reading and math skills sufficient to follow instructions and perform basic calculations.

Responsibilities

Read and understand customer orders to identify the items to be filled.
Locate and retrieve items from shelves or storage areas, then securely pack them for shipping.
Prepare shipments, label packages, and follow shipping procedures.
Verify order accuracy and ensure items are packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Collaborate with warehouse staff to maintain a smooth workflow and efficient order processing.
Follow safety procedures and use equipment appropriately.
Communicate order issues or discrepancies to customer service or other teams.
