About The Position

We are seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and team-oriented individuals to join the warehousing team as a Picker/Packer. The role involves receiving assigned customer orders to pick and prepare for shipment using an RF scanner and pick cart. Accuracy and speed are important. The work requires substantial walking and standing, pushing a pick cart, and lifting products weighing approximately 10–30 pounds. This is an ongoing job, but it may also be project-based or seasonal. A strict attendance point system applies while on assignment. After accepting the role, candidates should expect a call from the recruiting team to confirm they understand the role’s expectations and duties.

Requirements

• Work quickly and accurately with orders.
• Be able to walk and stand extensively, push a pick cart, and lift products weighing approximately 10–30 pounds.
• Follow the strict attendance point system while on assignment.

Responsibilities

• Examine and inspect containers, materials, or products to ensure product quality and packing specifications are met.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• Remove completed or defective products or materials, placing them on moving equipment such as conveyors or in designated areas such as loading docks.
• Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records.
• Seal containers or materials using glues, fasteners, nails, and hand tools.
• Assemble, line, and pad cartons, crates, and containers using hand tools.
• Obtain, move, and sort products, materials, containers, and orders using hand tools.
• Place or pour products or materials into containers using hand tools and equipment, or fill containers from spouts or chutes.
• Pick assigned customer orders using an RF scanner and pick cart for shipment.
