Under direct supervision, this position is responsible for accurately performing the duties and responsibilities described herein. Additionally, this position can be tasked with operating company equipment and vehicles. While operating said equipment or vehicles, the employee will use the utmost care and discretion by adhering to all Occupational Health and Safety regulations, all federal/state transportation laws, and any related company policies or procedures. The candidate must be able and willing to perform various warehouse tasks, including barcode and process new boxes, pull access lists, refile boxes/files, and process boxes scheduled for destruction. Responsibilities also include performing duties related to bay consolidations, operating company equipment like picker forklifts, performing operations and safety checks on equipment, making pickups and deliveries, and performing vehicle maintenance. Warehouse maintenance and other duties as assigned are also part of the role. At the end of each day, equipment must be returned to the correct charging station and prepared for daily (overnight) charge. Unique challenges include a strong commitment to accuracy and quality, being self-motivated and working independently, being motivated by accountability to productivity, accuracy, and timeliness measurements, and always maintaining strict company confidentiality and security.
