About The Position

We are seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and team-oriented individuals to join the warehousing team as a Picker/Packer. The role involves using an RF scanner and pick cart to pull assigned customer orders for shipment, working quickly and accurately. The position is ongoing but may also be project-based or seasonal. A strict attendance point system applies while on assignment. After accepting the role, candidates should expect a call from the recruiting team to confirm they understand the expectations and duties. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM EDT.

Requirements

• Be dependable and team-oriented.
• Work quickly and accurately when pulling orders.
• Be prepared for substantial walking and standing, pushing a pick cart, and lifting products weighing approximately 10–30 pounds.
• Comply with the strict attendance point system while on assignment.

Responsibilities

• Examine and inspect containers, materials, or products to ensure product quality and packing specifications are met.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• Remove completed or defective products or materials, placing them on conveyors or in specified areas such as loading docks.
• Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records.
• Seal containers or materials using glues, fasteners, nails, and hand tools.
• Assemble, line, and pad cartons, crates, and containers using hand tools.
• Obtain, move, and sort products, materials, containers, and orders using hand tools.
• Place or pour products or materials into containers using hand tools and equipment, or fill containers from spouts or chutes.
• Pull assigned customer orders for shipment using an RF scanner and pick cart, working quickly and accurately.
