Key duties include dock planning, managing the Service Center Business plan, meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), utilizing P&D enhancement tools, optimizing driver schedules, managing equipment, reviewing freight movement, communicating with customers, and overseeing all paperwork associated with the city operation. The role also includes conducting safety interviews and training.
