About The Position

Accompany musical theater vocalists ages 15+ in an intensive workshop environment covering classes, mock auditions, master classes, rehearsals, and the final showcase. The intended first day of work is August 10th, 2026, with an expected 20 hours per week. The workshop runs from August 10-14, 2026.

Requirements

• Current student at Berklee College of Music or Boston Conservatory at Berklee.
• Enrolled at least half-time in a degree, diploma, or certificate-seeking undergraduate or graduate program (or pre-registered for the upcoming fall semester if only working in the summer).
• Have a valid United States Social Security Number (SSN).
• Remain in “valid” Visa status as applicable.
• A minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA (first-semester students are exempt until they have a GPA).
• Good disciplinary standing.
• Must be located in the U.S.
• Strong sight-reader with extensive experience playing for musical theater auditions, rehearsals, and performances.
• Wide availability across days and evenings, August 10–14, 2026.

Nice To Haves

• A genuine passion for the musical theater genre is ideal.
• Ratings ideally of 5 or above for sight-reading (the first number).
