About The Position

This role involves rehearsing and performing in support of a musical theater showcase for performers aged 15+. The position requires a strong understanding of sight-reading and sensitive dynamics, with the ability to support singers effectively without overpowering them. The ideal candidate should have ratings ideally at a 5 level or above. This is a summer position with an intended first day of work on August 12th, 2026, and expected shift dates of August 12-14, 2026. The hourly rate is $17.51.

Requirements

• Current student at Berklee College of Music or Boston Conservatory at Berklee.
• Enrolled at least half-time in a degree, diploma, or certificate-seeking undergraduate or graduate program (or pre-registered for the upcoming fall semester if working only in the summer).
• Have a valid United States Social Security Number (SSN).
• Remain in “valid” Visa status as applicable.
• A minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA (students in their first semester are exempt until completion of their first semester).
• In good disciplinary standing.
• Must be located in the U.S.
