About The Position

CBI Home Health supports people at home and in the community. We are one of Canada’s leading specialized community services, home and integrated care providers, operating in more than 800 communities across the country. Our teams work together to deliver the right care at the right time, helping people live safely, independently, and with dignity. We are looking to hire a Physiotherapist in the North York region. As a PT in our Integrated Care Program, you’ll help patients rebuild strength and function after hospitalization, reducing readmissions and improving outcomes through hands-on, community-based care.

Requirements

• Registered in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
• Ability to travel from home to home within the community- a valid driver’s license, vehicle and car insurance is required
• A commitment to person and family-centered care
• Passion, empathy, and critical thinking in client decision-making
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team while working independently
• A deep appreciation for the role of a therapist in keeping clients at home when it aligns with their personal goals
