About The Position

Lifemark is seeking a passionate physiotherapist dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Canadians. The Synergy Health Centre clinic in Victoria, BC, offers a bright, clean, and friendly setting with a full rehabilitation gym and treatment rooms. This multidisciplinary team environment specializes in pelvic, vestibular, and concussion health management. The physiotherapist will work closely with a team of registered physiotherapists, massage therapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, kinesiologists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, naturapaths, and administration staff to deliver comprehensive, individualized care. Opportunities include working with concussion programs, FCEs, Community OT services, and Veterans Rehabilitation services. Lifemark aims to empower individuals to overcome challenges, improve mobility, and achieve health goals, acting as an educator, motivator, and problem-solver.

Requirements

Registered and in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia.
Professional liability insurance (as required).
Exceptional interpersonal skills, communication skills and a patient-first mindset.
Enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing knowledge.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support individual rehabilitation and wellness goals.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care and achieve optimal outcomes.
Build the next generation through mentorship and leadership (as assigned).
Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
Utilize modern tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to streamline your workflow.
Partner with therapy assistants and kinesiologists to maximize clinical impact.
Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies.
