About The Position

CBI Home Health is looking to hire a Registered Dietitian in the North York region. As a Dietitian in our Integrated Care Program, you’ll play a key role in recovery by providing nutrition support during the transition from hospital to home. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, prevent readmissions, and empower patients to thrive in their community. CBI Home Health supports people at home and in the community. Requirements

• Registered as a member in good standing with the College of Dietitians of Ontario.
• Embrace person and family-centered care.
• Passionate, empathetic, use good judgement and apply critical thinking when making client decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in collaboration within an interdisciplinary team as well as work independently.
• Value the role a dietitian plays in keeping clients at home when that is of personal importance.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with tube feeds.
• Bilingual language skills in English and French.
