About The Position

Concentra is hiring a PRN staff physician to provide patient care as part of a dedicated clinical team. The physician assesses patients and provides treatment while ensuring an exceptional and reassuring experience. The role calls for problem-solving and leadership skills and includes supervising, evaluating, coaching, and developing staff. The physician supports Concentra’s core practice standards and works collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment. Duties and responsibilities may change at any time with or without notice. The role requires discretion and secure management of confidential and critical information.

Requirements

Current unrestricted medical license in the state of jurisdiction, as required for clinical and/or business duties.
Unrestricted DEA license for the state of jurisdiction.
Must be eligible to participate in Medicare.
Medical degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
Ability to make decisions or solve problems by using logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives, and propose quality solutions.
Ability to properly handle sensitive and confidential information, including HIPAA and PHI, in accordance with federal and state laws and company policies.
Ability to supervise, evaluate, coach, and develop staff.
Superior patient/customer service and bedside manner skills.
Ability to work as a team player in a multidisciplinary environment.
Commitment to putting patients first and enjoyment of treating patients.
