About The Position

Concentra is seeking a PRN Physician for an outpatient practice in the Columbus market. The Physician joins a dedicated clinical team and assesses patients, provides treatment, and helps ensure an exceptional, reassuring patient experience. The role calls for strong problem-solving and leadership skills, and includes supervising, evaluating, coaching, and developing staff. The position supports Concentra’s mission to improve the health of America’s workforce.

Requirements

Current unrestricted medical license in the state of jurisdiction, as required for clinical and/or business duties.
Unrestricted DEA license for the state of jurisdiction.
Active DOT/FMCSA certificate or willingness to obtain one during credentialing.
Must be eligible to participate in Medicare.
Medical degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
Ability to make decisions and solve problems using logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives, and propose quality solutions.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, including HIPAA and PHI, in accordance with federal and state laws and company policies.
Commitment to Concentra’s core practice standards and Policies and Procedures.
Strong patient/customer service and bedside manner skills, with a patient-first approach.
Ability to work as a team player in a multidisciplinary environment.
