About The Position

Concentra is hiring a PRN staff physician to join its patient care team and provide exceptional care to patients. The physician assesses patients and provides treatment while delivering a reassuring patient experience. The role calls for clinical problem-solving and leadership, supports a multidisciplinary care team, and includes supervising, evaluating, coaching, and developing staff. The physician is expected to protect sensitive and confidential information and follow applicable laws and company policies. Duties and responsibilities may change at any time.

Requirements

Current unrestricted medical license in the state of jurisdiction, as required for clinical and/or business duties.
Unrestricted DEA license for the state of jurisdiction.
Must be eligible to participate in Medicare.
Medical degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
Ability to use logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives, and propose quality solutions.
Ability to properly handle sensitive and confidential information.
Ability to supervise, evaluate, coach, and develop staff.
Ability to foster a cooperative working climate and contribute as a team player in a multidisciplinary environment.
Patient-first approach and strong patient/customer service and bedside manner skills.

Assess patients and provide appropriate treatments.
