Physician - Nocturnist - Hospital Medicine
About The Position
Vituity is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Internal Medicine physician for a nocturnist role in Hospital Medicine at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center in San Jose, California. The hospital is a 731-bed county hospital and Level I Trauma Center, STEMI Receiving Center, and Stroke Center, with medical and surgical ICUs, all subspecialty backup, a 24/7 in-house intensivist, and on-site labs and imaging. Nocturnists admit 6–8 patients per night. The hospital system’s three facilities serve as safety-net hospitals for the region. Vituity is a 100% physician-owned partnership led by frontline physicians. Physicians participate in the partnership from day one, with autonomy and local control, financial transparency, equity ownership, and profit distributions. Requirements
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
