About The Position

Vituity is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Hospitalist physician to join its physician-owned partnership at HSHS St. Francis Hospital in Litchfield, Illinois. The role offers autonomy and local control alongside support from Vituity’s national healthcare team and peer network. The hospital is a Catholic, not-for-profit facility, the only hospital in its two-county area providing maternal services, a STEMI Receiving Center, and has a 15-bed open ICU. Hospitalists see approximately 16–18 encounters per day per physician during the day and 12–15 encounters per night per physician.

Vituity’s partnership model includes financial transparency, equity ownership, profit distributions, and career development opportunities. The estimated annual base compensation is $275,000–$900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Partnership income may cause total compensation to significantly exceed the stated range. Requirements

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Hospital Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospital medicine care to patients at HSHS St. Francis Hospital.
• Manage a clinical workload of approximately 16–18 encounters per day per hospitalist during the day or 12–15 encounters per night per hospitalist, depending on schedule.
