About The Position
Vituity is seeking Hospital Medicine physicians for HSHS Holy Family Hospital in Greenville, Illinois. This opportunity offers an ownership partnership model with autonomy, local control, financial transparency, profit distributions, equity ownership, and career development opportunities. Qualified candidates may receive a sign-on bonus of up to $100,000. Family Medicine physicians will also be considered, and visa candidates are encouraged to apply. HSHS Holy Family Hospital is an 8-bed facility with an 8-bed open ICU, a Level II Trauma Center, and STEMI and Stroke Center designations. The hospital has a daily Hospital Medicine census of 15–18 patients. The ER runs codes, with tele-support available. Clinical services include neonatal resuscitation, possible circumcision, and well-baby exams. Vituity-staffed emergency department and critical care physicians provide integrated care at the site. The estimated annual base compensation is $275,000–$900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours. Vituity physicians participate in the partnership model from day one, with profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages; total compensation varies by site and may exceed the stated range.
Requirements
- Board eligible or board certified in Hospital Medicine.
- Family Medicine physicians will be considered.

Responsibilities
- Provide Hospital Medicine care at HSHS Holy Family Hospital.
- Provide or participate in care that may include neonatal resuscitation, possible circumcision, and well-baby exams.
- Work as part of an integrated healthcare team with Vituity-staffed emergency department and critical care physicians.
