About The Position
Vituity is seeking a Hospital Medicine Physician to join its physician-owned partnership at HonorHealth Deer Valley Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona. Vituity's ownership model offers physicians autonomy and local control, financial transparency, partnership participation, and support from a national system and a broad network of clinicians. The role is based at a 204-bed, full-service hospital that is a Level I Trauma Center, STEMI Receiving Center, and Stroke Center. The hospital has a 35-bed closed ICU with subspecialty backup, 24/7 in-house intensivists, imaging, and lab. Hospitalists handle an average of 30–40 admissions per day and 8–10 admissions per night; annual volume is 11,302. Procedures and ventilator management are not required. Candidates interested in working in an academic setting with current residents are desired. Estimated annual base compensation is $275,000–$900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Physicians participate in Vituity's partnership model from day one, including profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages; total compensation may vary by site and may significantly exceed the stated range.
Requirements
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
