About The Position

Vituity is seeking Board Eligible or Board Certified Hospitalist physicians to join its physician-owned partnership at Bon Secours Mary Immaculate Hospital in Newport News, Virginia. The 125-bed hospital has a 13-bed open ICU and averages 7–8 admissions per day and 5–8 admissions per night. The hospitalist runs codes; procedures and ventilator management are not required. The practice has backup subs and support staff. A current Virginia state license is a plus, and visa candidates are encouraged to apply.

Vituity describes its physician partnership as providing autonomy, local control, financial transparency, profit distributions, equity ownership, and career development opportunities, with support from a national system and a broad peer network. The estimated annual base compensation is $275,000–$900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Total compensation, including partnership income, varies by site and may significantly exceed the stated range. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked.
