About The Position

Vituity is seeking Hospital Medicine physicians to join its physician-owned partnership at Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Spring, Maryland. The role offers physician autonomy and local control, backed by Vituity’s national clinical and corporate support. Holy Cross Hospital is a 400+ bed hospital with a 46-bed closed ICU. It is a Level III Trauma Center, STEMI Receiving Center, and Stroke Center. The practice averages 15–18 encounters per day and nine admissions per night. The position includes 24/7 ICU coverage, rapid responses, and stroke alerts; procedures are not performed. The hospital has received the Healthgrades America’s Best 100 Hospitals Award multiple years in a row.

The estimated annual base compensation is $275,000–$900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Partnership income may increase total compensation beyond this range. Requirements

• Board eligible or board certified in Hospital Medicine.

• Provide hospital medicine care at Holy Cross Hospital.
