About The Position
The Physician serves as a healthcare professional and handles a variety of health-related problems. The work involves moderately complex to complex issues requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors, and the Physician works without direction with considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments. The role begins to influence department strategy. This is a part-time Primary Care Physician role, generally 2–3 days a week or as needed, with flexible scheduling. The Physician focuses on outpatient medicine, continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention; maintains medical histories and records; and refers patients to specialists as needed. The position is patient-facing and participates in Humana/Senior Bridge’s TB screening program, requiring TB screening if selected. CenterWell Senior Primary Care provides proactive, preventive care to seniors, including wellness visits, physical exams, chronic-condition management, screenings, and minor-injury treatment. Its integrated care teams provide personalized care and address factors affecting patient well-being.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Five or more years of technical experience.
- Meet the licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction.
- Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program at an accredited university.
- Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
- Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.

Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient primary care focused on continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention.

- Determine objectives and approaches to assignments with considerable latitude and without direction.

- Complete required TB screening if selected for the patient-facing role.
