About The Position

Vituity is seeking a Hospital Medicine physician for a nocturnist role at Ascension Sacred Heart in Pensacola, Florida. Qualified candidates may receive a sign-on bonus of up to $50,000. The role is suited to Board Eligible or Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Practice physicians; candidates with a current Florida state license are preferred, and visa candidates are encouraged to apply.

Ascension Sacred Heart is a 566-bed Level II Trauma Center and Nationally Certified Stroke Center, with most subspecialty backup available except dermatology and rheumatology. Hospitalists see 16–22 encounters per day, while nocturnists see 12–14 encounters per night. The ICU is closed, and no procedures are required. Intensivists, imaging, and labs are available on site.

The estimated annual base compensation is $275,000–$900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience; total compensation may vary and can significantly exceed the stated range.
