Pipeline Physician - Hospital Medicine - Up to $50K Sign On Bonus!
About The Position
Vituity is seeking Hospital Medicine physicians for work across Adventist Health Ukiah Valley in Ukiah, Adventist Health Howard Memorial in Willits, and Adventist Health Mendocino Coast in Fort Bragg, California. Qualified candidates may receive a sign-on bonus of up to $50,000. Shifts can be split among the three sites, and no nights are required. The Fort Bragg practice is a 24-bed critical access hospital with a 4-bed open ICU and approximately 6,000 encounters per year. Hospitalists handle admissions, while the emergency department runs codes. On-site labs and imaging are available. The practice received the Partnership Health Quality Award for meeting 100% of quality metrics. Vituity is a 100% physician-owned partnership offering physician ownership, autonomy, local control, financial transparency, and support from a national healthcare team. Physicians participate in the partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. The estimated annual base compensation is $275,000–$900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may exceed the stated range.
Requirements
- Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Two to three years of previous Hospitalist experience.
