Pipeline Physician - Hospital Medicine - Up to $50K Sign On Bonus!
About The Position
Vituity is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Hospital Medicine physician to practice at Adventist Health Clear Lake in Clearlake, California. Vituity is a 100% physician-owned partnership led by frontline physicians. Physicians participate in the partnership from day one, with autonomy and local control, equal distribution among practicing physicians, financial transparency, equity ownership, profit distributions, and K-1 tax advantages. The role is supported by Vituity’s corporate healthcare team and a network of 9,000 clinicians. The estimated annual base compensation is $275,000–$900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Total compensation, including partnership income, varies by site and may significantly exceed the stated range. A sign-on bonus of up to $50,000 is advertised. The position is based in Clearlake, a community in Lake County with access to Clear Lake, parks, hiking, wineries, and outdoor recreation. The city is about two hours from San Francisco and Sacramento.
Requirements
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Hospital Medicine.
- A current California state license is a plus.
