About The Position
Wellstar Medical Group is seeking a full-time (0.8 FTE), board-certified or board-eligible physician for Wellstar Urgent Care - Paulding in Austell, Georgia. The physician will provide urgent care to patients ranging from newborns to geriatric patients and work 12 shifts per month.
Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible physician.
- Active or eligible for a Georgia State Medical License.
- 1–2 years of experience in urgent care or emergency medicine.
- Certification in family medicine or emergency medicine.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care to patients from newborns to geriatric patients.
- Perform incision and drainage procedures, suture minor lacerations, remove foreign bodies, and perform similar procedures.
