About The Position

Essentia Health – Fargo, North Dakota is seeking a board certified or board eligible Urologist to join their esteemed and dynamic team. This is an opportunity within a clinician-led organization that values excellence and collaboration. The role offers a competitive compensation package, a supportive team environment with 2 Urologists and 4 Nurse Practitioners, and a balanced workload with admissions managed by the hospitalist service and a manageable call schedule of 1:4. The position benefits from dedicated block time of 2-3 days per week, supported by efficient OR staff, and Advanced Practice Providers who assist in the OR and manage hospital patients. The facility is a Level II Trauma Center with state-of-the-art equipment including 2 Da Vinci Robots, 120-Watt Holmium Laser, Thulium, Rezum Therapy, Holep, MRI Prostate Guided Biopsy, and Urodynamics. The clinic, ER, OR, and hospital are all within the same facility, ensuring seamless patient care. There is a robust referral network from a large health system with 25 clinics and 5 hospitals in the regional service area.

Board Certified/Board Eligible in Urology

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive urological care.
Collaborate with a team of 2 Urologists and 4 Nurse Practitioners.
Participate in a call schedule of 1:4.
Utilize advanced equipment including Da Vinci Robots, Holmium Laser, Thulium, Rezum Therapy, Holep, MRI Prostate Guided Biopsy, and Urodynamics.
Work within an integrated care facility including clinic, ER, OR, and hospital.
Leverage a robust referral network.
