About The Position
Seeking a casual Pediatric Hospitalist to join a growing pediatric inpatient services team at Essentia Health Hospital in Fargo, ND. This is a well-established and respected practice that includes 3 physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). The role involves 24-hour shifts in consecutive blocks, with APP support for dyad coverage. Hospitalists do not cover ICU, Peds ICU, or NICU. The average pediatric census is 2 to 3 patients per day, and daily newborn rounding coverage is required. Leadership options are available.
Requirements
- BE/BC Pediatrician
- Pediatric candidates only
- Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills

- Special procedures preferred/required: Circumcisions.
- Other procedures dependent on experience.
