About The Position
Responsible for all aspects of Physician Recruitment for the Virginia Hospital Center. This individual recommends recruitment strategies to the Chairman of the Board, Vice President Physician Services and the Director of Recruitment and assists with the development of the recruitment plan in keeping patient care, division goals, and the hospital's mission and vision foremost at all times.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Two years of experience in healthcare recruitment
