About The Position

Delphi Healthcare is seeking a motivated Physician Recruiter with a proven entrepreneurial spirit and several years of high-level recruitment experience. Requirements

Minimum of 3 years’ experience of successful Healthcare Recruiting
Physician & APP sourcing (recruiting) experience is highly preferred
Effective negotiation skills
Strong phone skills (Majority of business is completed via telephone)
College level education or equivalent experience desired

Responsibilities

Acquire new locum & perm physicians/providers, APP’s & CRNA’s
Create and maintain relationships with clients and physicians/providers leading to a long-term working relationship
Utilize a sense of urgency, with persistence and professionalism to achieve placement for your physicians/providers
Capable of utilizing all recruiting channels, including Internet sources, Bullhorn ATS, and social media/networking to their fullest capacities
Responsible for placement of locum & perm providers into client’s medical facilities and clinics by matching physician skill level, licenses, preferences, board status, credentials, professional certifications and designations applicable per state and federal regulations
Arrange interviews for physicians/clients
Negotiate contract terms with clients and physicians and extend offers
