About The Position

Nemours is seeking an experienced Physician Recruiter to join their team in Pensacola, FL. This is a hybrid position requiring on-site presence as needed, travel to other Nemours locations, and attendance at national conferences to support recruitment efforts. The role is responsible for full-cycle recruitment, including developing recruitment strategies with physician leadership, posting positions, managing candidates, interviewing, and reporting, with the objective of recruiting high-quality physician and provider staff. The position also includes Advanced Practice Provider recruitment.

Requirements

• One to three years of previous physician recruitment experience required
• Experience with high volume recruitment required
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and web-based recruitment required
• Successful track record of candidate generation and placement
• Strong skills of relationship building with internal customers
• Strong candidate sourcing experience required
• Strong writing skills required
• Three to five years of Physician/ Provider recruitment experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Nice To Haves

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
• AAPPR credentials preferred
• Oracle experience preferred
