About The Position

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Board Eligible/Board Certified Physiatrist to meet the growing demand for Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation services at our FPN Rehabilitation & Spine Specialists Indianapolis location in Indianapolis, IN. Our Franciscan team is unique in that we offer both inpatient and outpatient physiatry services as one of the largest physiatry provider groups in Indiana. We care for the patient from inpatient admission, through discharge to a Skilled Nursing Facility or Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation, as well as in the outpatient clinic setting for thorough continuity of care. We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Physiatrist to join our multidisciplinary team. The physiatrist will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other specialists, to provide patient-centered care focused on improving the functional ability and quality of life of patients with various conditions such as musculoskeletal disorders, neurological injuries, and chronic pain. Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients. Our team is also supportive of specific rehab program development, such as cancer/cardiac/pulmonary rehabilitation, as well as supportive of growing interventional or diagnostic procedures.

Requirements

  • Board Eligible/Board Certified Physiatrist
  • Doctorate
  • Physician License (DR) - Upon Hire Required
  • Board Certification in Specialty Discipline (or eligibility if appropriate) - Upon Hire Required
  • Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Upon Hire Required

Responsibilities
