Physician or Nurse Practitioner — Primary Care (Rocklin)
About The Position
A 50-year-old non-profit community health center is staffing a new outpatient clinic in Rocklin, CA and will hire either a BC/BE Family Medicine physician or an experienced Nurse Practitioner under CA's new 103 NP independent-practice pathway. The role offers a ground-floor opportunity at a brand-new clinic serving approximately 15,000 new patients. Initially, the position will be based at the established Auburn clinic, with a transition to the new Rocklin clinic upon its opening in early 2027. This is an outpatient-only role with no hospital call and no weekend work.
Requirements
- MD/DO BC/BE Family Medicine with unrestricted CA license
- OR CA NP with 103 status (3+ years transition-to-practice complete), FNP certification, DEA
- Comfort with all-ages primary care in a community health setting.
