About The Position

Salem Clinic is looking for an Obstetrician-Gynecologist to join our team. This is a full-time permanent position with a first-year guarantee and a partnership opportunity after one year. The role involves a 4-day work week, outside of call. The position is within an interdisciplinary team composed of advanced practice nurses, physician associates, and physicians, working in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The group performs a high surgical volume, with an option for robotic surgeries, and collectively handles 140-150 deliveries per month. Call is 1:9, utilizing a laborist of the day model with OB hospitalists and dedicated OB anesthesia available at Salem Hospital, which has a Level III NICU. The ideal candidate must work well in a collaborative group setting. Salem Clinic utilizes EPIC for EMR and DAX CoPilot AI for note building, and has a 100-year history of adopting new technology. The clinic features an onsite CLIA-licensed high complexity laboratory with Siemens instrumentation, performing over 80% of testing in-house. Onsite imaging includes general x-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, mammography, and bone densitometry, with onsite radiologists until 5 pm daily and remote wet reads available after hours. Comprehensive onsite support services, including tech support, maintenance, and administrative staff, are available to allow physicians to focus on patient care.
