About The Position
Rubino OB/GYN, an Axia Women’s Health care center, is seeking a full-time BC/BE OB/GYN Associate Physician to join their 12-provider team. This is an outstanding opportunity to commence straightaway with an established patient following in a collaborative team environment. The practice has 6 locations in New Jersey: Hoboken, Clark, West Orange, Summit, Florham Park, and Warren. The team consists of 12 providers, including 11 Physicians and 1 NP. The practice emphasizes work-life balance with a current 1 in 9 call schedule, a post-call day off, and the use of an AI Scribe to reduce physician burnout. Hospital affiliations include Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center, which features a Regional Perinatal Center with a Level III NICU, 24/7 Anesthesia service, and 24/7 MFM service. There is also an option to perform major gynecological surgeries at Overlook Medical Center (Atlantic Health). Patient services offered include 3D Mammography, 3D/4D Gyn Ultrasound accredited by the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine (A.I.U.M.), a Urogynecologist on staff, and in-office procedures such as ablations, LEEPs, Novasure, and hysteroscopies.
Requirements
- BC/BE OB/GYN Associate Physician.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care to patients.
- Manage patient follow-up and established patient following.
- Participate in a 1 in 9 call schedule.
- Perform major gynecological surgeries (optional).
- Conduct in-office procedures including ablations, LEEPs, Novasure, and hysteroscopies.
