About The Position
Rubino OB/GYN, an Axia Women’s Health care center, is seeking a full-time BC/BE OB/GYN Associate Physician to join their 12-provider team. This is an outstanding opportunity to commence straightaway with an established patient following in a collaborative team environment. The practice has 6 locations across New Jersey and a team of 12 providers (11 Physicians, 1 NP). The role emphasizes work-life balance with a current 1 in 9 call schedule and a post-call day off. They utilize AI Scribe "SUNOH" to reduce physician burnout. Hospital affiliations include Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center with a Level III NICU and 24/7 Anesthesia and MFM services. There is an option to perform major gynecological surgeries at Overlook Medical Center. Patient services include 3D Mammography, 3D/4D Gyn Ultrasound (accredited by AIUM), and in-office procedures like ablations, LEEPs, Novasure, and hysteroscopies. A Urogynecologist is on staff.
Requirements
- Full-time BC/BE OB/GYN Associate Physician.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care to patients.
- Manage a patient following and collaborate within a team environment.
- Perform in-office procedures including ablations, LEEPs, Novasure, and hysteroscopies.
- Potentially perform major gynecological surgeries at Overlook Medical Center.
