About The Position

The Physician Navigator is responsible for relationship management and referral development in a specific market. The role builds awareness of PAM Health programs and services through physician office visits, networking, participation in professional healthcare organizations, and support for community initiatives. This is a full-time, day-shift position at Orange City Rehab.

Requirements

A license in nursing, therapy, or social work, or significant healthcare marketing experience.
Computer literacy and a desire to enhance skills with PAM Health information system software.
At least two years of experience in healthcare sales or marketing.

Responsibilities

Manage relationships that support referral development in a specific market.
Make calls to physician offices.
Network and participate in professional healthcare organizations.
Support community initiatives, including health fairs, screenings, runs, walks, and other sponsored activities, to raise awareness of PAM Health programs and services.
