About The Position

This is an opportunity for a Physician in Internal Medicine to join a physician-led, inclusive organization that emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, clinician/staff well-being, and innovation. The role utilizes a team-based care approach with Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) to support physicians with paneled patient needs. It includes virtual in-basket support, collaborative relationships with specialists, and a robust onboarding and mentorship program. The position offers flexibility in schedule with a 4-day work week for full-time roles and part-time opportunities available, along with flexible patient visit durations. Remote video visits from home are possible. Physician call is light, entirely virtual, and screened by an RN, NP, and PAs initially. There are abundant opportunities for leadership and committee work, with active promotion of quality improvement projects.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care within a team-based approach with NPs and PAs.
• Manage paneled patient needs.
• Engage in virtual in-basket support.
• Collaborate with specialists across the organization.
• Participate in light, virtual physician call, screened by RN, NP, and PAs.
• Take on leadership and committee work opportunities.
• Actively promote quality improvement projects.
